ClientEarth and Justice & Environment organised a webinar on access to justice on Thursday, 14 October 2021, from 10:00-11:30 CET.

This event presented recent developments in relation to access to justice in environmental matters. It focused especially on new access to justice resources as well as the most recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee (ACCC).

This event was Side Event to the Aarhus Convention Meeting of the Parties (MOP). While these events are usually only accessible to the delegates present at the MOP itself, the hybrid nature of this meeting made it possible for external participant to take part as well.
