Description
On 27-28 August 2022 was held the Workshop on food systems and food quality in Krakow, Poland, organized by SOFIA in collaboration with Coalition Clean Baltic.
Theme of the workshop: to improve the local food systems in the BSR with speical focus on regenerative organic agriculture to improve food quality and minimize negative impact on the environment from fertiliezers and pesticides. The workshop was hosted by Ecoterra.
