What is HELCOM?
The Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission – also known as the Helsinki Commission (HELCOM) – is an intergovernmental organization (IGO) and a regional sea convention in the Baltic Sea area. HELCOM was established about four decades ago to protect the marine environment of the Baltic Sea from all sources of pollution through intergovernmental cooperation. Opis
The 18th Meeting of the Joint HELCOM-VASAB Maritime Spatial Planning Working Group was held on 27th-28th March 2019 in Hamburg, Germany, in the premises of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency.
