What is HELCOM?
The Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission – also known as the Helsinki Commission (HELCOM) – is an intergovernmental organization (IGO) and a regional sea convention in the Baltic Sea area. HELCOM was established about four decades ago to protect the marine environment of the Baltic Sea from all sources of pollution through intergovernmental cooperation. Opis
The HELCOM BSAP UP workshop on maritime activities, including underwater noise, non-indigenous species and response actions, for the consideration of proposed new actions took place online on 2-4 September 2020.
