HELCOM - 13. spotkanie Grupy ds. Zrównoważonych Praktyk Rolniczych

On June 8-9, 2021, the International Commission for the Protection of the Odra River against Pollution (ICPO) organized the conference "Implementation of the Water Framework Directive and the Floods Directive in the International Odra River Basin District".

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference was held online.

The conference program consisted of two main thematic:

• "Implementation of the Water Framework Directive in the International Odra River Basin District"


• "Flood risk management in the International Odra River Basin District", during which the results of the works of the ICPO on the "Project of the second update of the Water Management Plan for MODO "and" Project of updating the Flood Risk Management Plan for MODO ".

Participation in the conference was free of charge, however, due to technical reasons, the number of participants was limited.

On the 8th of June, from 12:20 to 12:35, Ewa Leś, CCB's Working Group Leader for River Basin and Wastewater Management (Baltic region) did a presentation on water management plans in Europe.
