Why do we work on CCB's organizational development?
Within the last years, we have started reflecting on how our Coalition has been growing, rising and falling, learning to walk and talk, fighting and getting bruises, gaining and losing partners, laughing and crying, and becoming mature together.

This event was the continuation of the previous work on organisational development within CCB since 2020.
