The 4th National Scientific and Technical Conference "Functioning and protection of flowing waters" was on September 20 - 22, 2023 in Szczecin University, Drawa National Park, Poland.
This event was on invitation only, for experts working on problems related to flowing waters, both those to nature protection and human needs. This event was the opportunity for the participants to exchange about their experiences on flowing waters.

- one session was dedicated to research results from the Oder basin, mainly concerning the Odra Disaster.
