The 10th Meeting of the Parties to the Agreement on the Conservation of Small Cetaceans in the Baltic, North East Atlantic, Irish and North Seas (ASCOBANS) took place from 10 to 12 September 2024 in Odense, Denmark.
Many pressures threaten species the world over, in every ocean. By addressing such threats, actions agreed by ASCOBANS Parties at the meeting could not only reduce their impacts on species in the ASCOBANS area but also help raise awareness and contribute to a global response needed to tackle these pressing issues affecting all life in our oceans.
CCB participant in the meeting:- Andrea Cervantes, CCB’s Biodiversity Officer
