About the two farms:

Gut Ogrosen - Germany
The goat farm at Gut Ogrosen, led by Cecilia Abel and Daniel Baumgart, has been part of the ecological farm community in Ogrosen since 2002. Around 80 goats, two billy goats, and their offspring are part of the operation. The farm practices artisanal, small-scale agriculture following organic guidelines. All steps of the process, from haymaking to milking, cheese making, slaughtering, and marketing, are carried out on the spot.
