Outcomes· Virtual tour from a farmer: the participants discovered the farm's journey, practices, and the passion that fuels organic farms;
· Q&A Session: the participants engaged with farmers in a live Q&A session, where they delved deeper into the farm's unique practices and gained valuable insights into organic farming.
About the farms- The co-founder of sustainable farm and community “Eikellegimaa” Justin de Bondi from Estonia.
Eikellegimaa (No-man's land) is a living example of a more sustainable home/farm. His main activities and workshops are focused on food forest creation, natural building, strengthening community and permaculture.Justin shared his experience in maintaining and enhancing biodiversity and told the participants how to farm without harm to nature and how to build a strong community.
- The sustainable agriculture consultant and owner of the apple organic farm Hubert Filipiak from Poland.
Hubert owns an orchard in Rembertów near Tarczyn having a history of more than 150 years. In addition to fruit and juice production, he conducts educational activities for schools, teaching children about the roles of orchard keepers, bees, and healthy food. As an expert, Hubert often appears on television programs, sharing his knowledge in the field of organic farming.
During the webinar, Hubert shared his rich experience in organic farming.
