Climate change is a recognized fact. It is a global process that affects all aspects of our lives. Water issues, such as floods and droughts, are among the most negative effects from climate change around the world, including the Baltic Sea region.
This report gives an overview of existing Flood Risk Management Plans and approaches in the Baltic countries and includes proposals for integrated Flood Risk Management
Plans, development of national adaptation measures coordinated by basins and proposals for public participation.
