What is HELCOM?
The Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission – also known as the Helsinki Commission (HELCOM) – is an intergovernmental organization (IGO) and a regional sea convention in the Baltic Sea area. HELCOM was established about four decades ago to protect the marine environment of the Baltic Sea from all sources of pollution through intergovernmental cooperation. Description
SUBMERGED 7-2018 was held on 12 November 2018 in Rostock Warnemünde, Germany, at the premises of the Neptun Hotel (address: Seestraße 19, 18119 Rostock – Warnemünde).
