Description

The HELCOM Workshop on the analyses of Sufficiency of Measures (SOM) for Fish took place in Warsaw, Poland, on 4-6 November 2019.

The objective of the Workshop was to consider measures and options for HELCOM to contribute to improving the status of fish in the Baltic Sea. It was expected that the effectiveness of existing measures contributing to coastal fish communities, commercial fish stocks and migratory fish species were evaluated and new measures considered. The outcome of the workshop fed into the process of updating the BSAP.
