The goal of Environmentalists without borders initiative is to strengthen civil society contribution to the improvement of the Baltic Sea environment through the development of a transboundary water protection expert network.

CCB aims to:
• create an international expert network and foster cooperation among them
• share civil society expertise in order to safeguard biodiversity and ensure the sustainable use of the Baltic Sea nature
• empower young experts through connecting them with specialists working in water protection sphere and involving youth in CCB policy work.
