Belarus environmental activists gathered in Kalodzisjtjy to exchange experience on the Programme implementation, share results and lessons with each other.
On the 25th of May at Kalodzisjtjy was organised the Annual meeting for the Partners of NGO Programme for Strengthening Civil Society Engagement in Water Strategies in Belarus.
The Programme partners from different regions met each other, get acquainted with achievements, planes and discussed the joint opportunities and possible regional and inter-regional cooperation in future.
The focus of this year meeting was on result based management (RBM), type of rusults and impact. Presentation on RBM were made and the partners were invited to the joint group work to practice the principles of RBM.
The participants took active part in the discussion of the results and their visions on what they want to achieve. The group work aimed in result-based exercise which helped to lift up some outcomes of the work and some changes which can be considered as impact of the Programme.
The meeting was finished by discussion of different levels of motivation, success factors and work plans for the final stage of the Programme.
