What is HELCOM?
The Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission – also known as the Helsinki Commission (HELCOM) – is an intergovernmental organization (IGO) and a regional sea convention in the Baltic Sea area. HELCOM was established about four decades ago to protect the marine environment of the Baltic Sea from all sources of pollution through intergovernmental cooperation. The HELCOM Secretariat is located in Helsinki, Finland. To know more about it.
Beskrivning
The Helsinki Convention and the HELCOM Observers to the Seventh Meeting of the Agri group (AGRI 7-2019) was held in St. Petersburg, Russia on 19-20 March 2019. The Meeting was hosted by the State Company “Mineral” and it was held at the premises of the State Institute for Engineering and Environmental Problems in Agricultural Production - Branch of Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Scientific Agroengineering Center VIM” (address:Tyarlevo, 3 Filtrovskoe av.).
