Outcome of the event:- This event effectively showed the overview of the ecological of the Baltic Sea providing specific information about the structure, SPIA, and economic and social inputs surrounding the six main topics in the HOLAS3 Assessment. The increased information and data helped recognise more challenges for the protection on the Baltic Sea. The presentation also covered several possible alternatives and recommendations, such as the incorporation of a new report towards an ecosystem-based approach, considering the high costs of inaction and the heavy threat of hazardous substances.
