Official meetings of all HELCOM Working and Experts Groups and other subsidiary bodies are postponed due to the HELCOM strategic pause until further notice, however, informal consultation sessions, without Russian participation, are organized and hosted by a Contracting Party.

Beskrivning
While official meetings of all HELCOM Working and Experts Groups and other subsidiary bodies are postponed due to the HELCOM strategic pause until further notice, informal consultation sessions, without Russian participation, can be organized and hosted by a Contracting Party.
Denmark hereby invites the Contracting Parties of HELCOM representing EU and EU Member States as well as HELCOM Observers to the 1st Informal Consultation Workshop on Implementation of BSAP action S61 (IC WS BSAP S61 1-2024) to be held online on 30 October 2024. The workshop will start at 10:00 (timezone: Helsinki / Riga) on 30 October 2024 and is expected to terminate by 17:00 (timezone: Helsinki / Riga) on the same day.
Denmark invites the Secretariat to assist in the practicalities of the workshop by circulating this invitation to the relevant contacts, setting up the registration and distributing the documents for the workshop.
