The EUROPARC Federation is the network for Europe’s natural and cultural heritage. Created by our members, the Federation works, to improve the management of Protected Areas in Europe through international cooperation, exchange of ideas and experience, and by influencing policy.
Beskrivning
The 2025 EUROPARC Conference will take place on October 7–10 in the heart of Lithuania, in the Nemunas Loops Regional Park.
The conference's central theme, "Nature for People, People for Nature" emphasizes the interconnectedness between humans and nature and our shared responsibility to protect ecosystems for future generations.
The Conference will be dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Ramsar Convention and special attention will be given to nature restoration work in Europe, in the framework of the EU Nature Restoration Act.
