Why do we work on CCB's organizational development?

Within the last three years we have started reflecting on how our Coalition has been growing through, rising and falling, learning to walk and talk, fighting and getting bruises, gaining and losing partners, laughing and crying, becoming mature together.

• We learnt about our diverse values and views of nature in order to reach a real sustainable future


• We have tried sculpting our reality and prototyping our future


• We have worked through new structures to guide CCB in the coming years

This process was guided by Naima Clevenhag and Pontus Holmgren, Gro (gro.nu) and Vidar Vetterfalk, MÄN.
