CCB's 2nd Workshop on Organisational Development took place online on November 8, from 10:00 to 11:30 CET. This event was a repetition of the workshop organised on October 10, 2024.

- Presentation of the results of CCB's survey on organisational development by CCB Project Manager.
- Q&A led by CCB Project Manager
- Open discussion on how to improve CCB's structure with CCB Members and Observers.

This event was by invitation only and was dedicated to CCB's MOs and Observers.

Outcomes
The workshop presented the results of CCB's survey on organisational development. This online event was also the opportunity for the network to discuss CCB's organisational development and for Member Organisations to give suggestions on how to improve CCB's structure.
